Time:2022-06-25 17:43:46

Preserved fruit will not experience rot and deterioration caused by microorganisms during storage. But if the finished product gets wet, it will reduce the sugar concentration and cause the food to spoil. During the preservation process, it is easy to appear darkening, melting, shrinking and other phenomena.

When saving, it must be kept in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and be sure to prevent moisture in the rainy season. If dampness is found, measures should be taken in time.

Try not to get water or oil to prevent it from becoming moldy and rotten. If the remaining candied fruit has not been used up, it needs to be stored in a moisture-proof box. If there is no moisture-proof box, it should be placed in a cool place.
